The Queen of Belarus once again proved why she is the best in world tennis. She added another gold title to her collection by defeating Coco Gauff at the 2025 Madrid Open.

Aryna Sabalenka, the current world number one tennis player, played like fire on the red clay of Madrid. The Belarusian won her 20th WTA singles title by defeating American Coco Gauff 6-3, 7-6 (7-3). With this victory, Sabalenka became the second woman player in the history of the Madrid Open to win three times (2021, 2023, 2025). Before her, this feat was only achieved by Petra Kvitova (2011, 2015, 2018).

Three titles in 2025
